At Bling It Bharti, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every jewellery piece you purchase from us. If you face any issue, we are here to assist you with a smooth and transparent exchange and cancellation process.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange facility on eligible products only.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24hrs only for damage case.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

You can exchange the product for a different size or another item of the same or higher value (price difference must be paid by the customer).
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact us via email at blingitbharti.help@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.

A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be applicable for exchanges. After payment, share the transaction screenshot with us.

Alternatively, customers can self-ship the product to our address (shipping details will be shared by our team). After dispatch, please share the AWB number, courier name, and proof of dispatch. Bling It Bharti is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit for self-shipped parcels.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. After approval, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel prepaid orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

Order Cancellation by Bling It Bharti

Bling It Bharti reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, the prepaid amount will be refunded to the customer’s registered bank account, and the customer will be notified via email.

Our decision regarding order acceptance or cancellation is final.
Note: Payment gateway charges of 2–3% may be deducted for prepaid order cancellations.
Refund Policy

Bling It Bharti does not offer refunds or returns once the product is delivered and sold.

Products purchased during Sale or Discount offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Policy (Damaged or Wrong Product)

Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification.
- Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Shipping & Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode location.

In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to complete the exchange process.
Important Note

Slight colour variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are natural and will not be considered for exchange or return.
